Dr. Reyhaneh Ghadaki, MD CCFP
Dr. Ghadaki graduated from St Matthews University in the Grand Cayman Islands, and went on to complete her Family Medicine residency at Dalhousie University. She is certified by the College of Family Physicians of Canada and the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario.

Dr. Angela Ho, MD CCFP
Dr. Angela Collier Ho is from Montreal and completed her medical school at McGill University. She then completed her residency training in Family Medicine at McGill University, based at Saint Mary's Hospital, and served as the Assistant Chief Resident in her final year. Her interests include women's health and chronic diseases. She is fluent in English, French, and Cantonese.

Dr. Sarah Basma, MD CCFP
Dr. Sarah Basma is leading our new Birth Control and Sexual Health Clinic at WellOne.
She has attended medical school and completed a Family Medicine Residency at the University of Toronto. Sarah has a strong interest in Reproductive and Women’s Health.
She is eager to offer a safe space for accessible, timely and inclusive reproductive and sexual health care to our community.

Dr. Nadira Mohabir, MD CCFP FCFP
Dr. Nadira Mohabir is an experienced family physician physician. She attended medical school at the University of Alberta. She then completed a Family Medicine Residency at Toronto Western Hospital in 2009. She has maintained a strong network of health professional colleagues and an awareness of the resources within Toronto to connect you with. She is passionate about advocating for your health, the health of our community, and the health of our planet through prevention and education.

Dr. Naderafshar Fereydonyan, MD CCFP
Dr. Fereydonyan is from Iran and graduated from Tehran University of Medical Science. He has extensive experience in practicing medicine as a general practitioner for almost two decades before moving to Canada. He has been practicing as a family physician in Regina since 2022. Additionally, he has training in neurosurgery and was a board-certified neurosurgeon, spinal surgery fellowship and assistant professor of Neurosurgery in Iran for 13 years. This allows him to help patients with neck and back pain, degenerative spinal diseases and other spinal disorders which are very common in this modern era with an aging population and a sedentary lifestyle.
Nader believes in a patient-centered approach. In his view, without understanding patients’ perspective physicians cannot provide the care that patients need, want and deserve. He believes that health is not merely the absence of pain and illness, but also a state of complete mental, emotional and physical well-being. Therefore, preventive medicine and health enhancement are of utmost importance.
